In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address claims of copyright infringement that arise from the use of our service, provided such claims are submitted to our Designated Copyright Agent as outlined in the example notice below.

If you are a copyright holder, or are authorized to represent one, or you have the right to act on any exclusive rights granted under copyright, please report any alleged copyright infringements occurring on or through our website (the "Site") by filling out the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, we will take appropriate action at our discretion, which may include the removal of the infringing content from the Site.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")

1. Specify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon, or - if this Notice pertains to multiple copyrighted works - you may include a representative list of these works.
2. Identify the material or link you believe is infringing (or the subject of infringing activity) that should be disabled, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link shown on the Site or the specific location where such material can be accessed.
3. Provide your company affiliation (if relevant), mailing address, contact number, and if available, an email address.
4. Include both of the following statements within the body of the Notice:
* "I hereby declare that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as fair use)."
* "I hereby affirm that the information provided in this Notice is accurate and, under the penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under copyright that is allegedly infringed."
5. Include your full legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Be advised that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or conduct is infringing may face liability.

Counter-Notification

Should you believe that your content, which was removed (or access to which was disabled), does not infringe, or if you have permission from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or are acting according to the law, you may submit a counter-notice including the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that was taken down or for which access was disabled and the location where it appeared prior to its removal or disabling;
3. A declaration of your good faith belief that the content was eradicated or blocked as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and your acknowledgment that you will accept service of process from the person who issued the notification of the alleged infringement.

Upon receiving a counter-notice, our Designated Copyright Agent may send a copy to the original complainant, notifying them that we might restore the deleted content or stop disabling access within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates legal action for a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content could be reinstated or access restored within 10 to 14 business days or more at our discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In line with the DMCA and other applicable regulations, we have established a policy to terminate, under suitable circumstances and at our discretion, users identified as repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe on any intellectual property rights, regardless of whether there has been prior infringement.
